Tanisha Katara

Tanisha is an Independent Web3 Consultant who works with clients ranging from Polygon Labs to DaoLens. Prior to this, she served as the lead of Crypto Strategy at Juno Finance. At Polygon, she is currently involved in projects related to reputation, governance, and decentralization, and in merely 6 months, her most impactful contributions include introducing a first-of-its-kind reputation framework and implementing the PoS validator admission process. Tanisha wrinkles her face in disapproval when she hears the phrase "progressive decentralization," as she asserts, "Progressive decentralization is delayed decentralization. It's either centralized or decentralized. Period."
